Take Note: Valued Customers, we are aware of an issue affecting the Apple version of the GoCT Mobile App installed in November 2024. Some users are experiencing problems where fareboxes do not recognize Tap codes generated by the app. This issue does not affect users who had the older version installed.
What You Need to Know:
- Customers with GoCT App issues will be permitted to ride.
- Our vendor is actively investigating the issue, but we currently do not have a timeline for a resolution.
- We recommend affected users switch to a GoCT Card for payment in the meantime.

If you are experiencing this issue and need a GoCT Card, please contact our dedicated Customer Service department. We will issue replacement cards on a case-by-case basis at no charge.
